Conducting a Comprehensive Staffing Analysis

Thursday, 27 September| 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM | Xperience Stage

A series of steps are involved in preparing a detailed staffing analysis to justify the number of security officers needed to perform their required tasks. The process is more than simply filling out a schedule. It requires understanding the duties and tasks of each officer and the expected length of time it will take to accomplish those tasks. Review the basic techniques for establishing a road map to profile a facility, determine the number of personnel it will take to adequately staff each shift, and prepare a written proposal for the executives responsible for approving the plan.
