Stephanie Campbell is Director of Recruiting for Si Placement, a niche executive recruiting firm specializing in the security and investigations industries. Mrs. Campbell holds an MBA from the Rice University Graduate School of Business. During her time at Rice she served as the President of the Rice Chapter of the National Association of Women MBAs and the Conference Chair and Host of the annual Women in Leadership Conference (WILC). WILC provides female and male business leaders with a unique forum to gain thought leadership on professional development issues important to women in today’s workforce. The conference also offers significant opportunity for corporations and industry leaders to directly contribute to the development of women leaders in the community. 

Prior to pursing her MBA from Rice, Campbell worked as a government relations associate at the Washington, DC lobbying firm Potomac Partners DC. Campbell served clients in the transportation and infrastructure industries as well as assisted public municipalities navigate the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Her interest in healthcare policy lead her to assist the Texas Medical Center’s Health Policy Institute as a research consultant focusing on innovations in healthcare workforce. Her career started in Washington, in the office of House Armed Services Committee Chairman, Congressman Howard “Buck” McKeon. Campbell graduated in 2010 with a bachelor of science in political science from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.
